This one is in memory of a dear “friend”, Mayuko.
She is a japanese hard drinker (as hard she can forget to think…), cute and simple.
I picked up some of the girly flavors she likes, mixed and make a sweet and punchy drink (strong enough for Japanese).
The homemade pear schnapps i use is as powerful bitter. One or two dashes is way enough for this drink.
乾杯 to her !
- 2oz. Blanco Tequila
- 1oz. 緑 (Midori)
- 0,5oz. Saint Germain Liqueur
- 1oz. Lemon
- Dashes of Pear Schaps
- Garnish : Pear and Griottine
- Shake. Strain
