Daisy Shell

2011 11 Mixology Monday 63
theme : Retro Redemption !
Thanks to Jacob Grier at Liquidity Preference for hosting.

Inspired from Brandy Crusta. Some would say Margarita, some not.
However, the drink is simple, good and respect all the rules. No triple sec, but orange, sweet agave and the elegant and ancient taste of marascino.
The name is simple as well : “Marguerite” in french means “Daisy” and the shell obviously comes from that massive orange peel.
I made the link between the legendary crusta and the refreshing margarita.
