- 2oz. Gin
- 0,5oz. Chartreuse Verte
- 0,5oz. Lemon
- 0,5oz. : Verbena Liqueur
- 5 Branches of Thyme
- Dash : Celery Bitter
- Dash : Elixir Végétal de la Grande Chartreuse
- Put all ingredients but thyme and chartreuse in a shaker, fill with ice.
- Put the thyme and the chartreuse in a rock glass and burn it.
- While it burns, shake and strain it into the glass
- Don’t let the thyme overburn
