Yeah, here is my last word, and and not your’s !
Nope, sorry,
Very floral and vintage taste. As you can imagine, I got inspired by the Aviation cocktail, adding a new ingredient, switching and changing some measurements.
1tsp. or Violette liqueur is the maximum you can put in this kind of drink to keep a balance. This ingredient is really powerful so be careful not to blow up your drink.
I highly recommend to use a quality Triple Sec or Curaçao. At the end, Marascino Liqueur add a pinch of elegance.
To make Jasmine Gin, simply infuse jasmine tea in gin wait and taste every 30min ’til you consider it well balanced. Double Strain.
For garnishing, it took me ages to search Violette flowers but it looks like it is pretty difficult to find as it is very expensive, so I gave up.
Kid, I really thought “Biolélé” meant “Violet” in some foreign language. I named it (and I know it’s “Dee do de de”, not “Biolélé”) as a tribute to Freddy Mercury’s tune : Living on my own.
